Established in 2011 — and reborn in 2016 after extensive Tornado damage — The Well-Mannered Dog Center brings a one-of-a-kind experience for dog boarding, daycare, grooming, training classes, agility trials and engagement. Our primary goal remains simple — ensure that each dog entering our facility feels loved, happy and healthy no matter how long their stay. Our modern and fully-staffed 26, 000 square foot facility provides everything you and your dog needs — all in one place. For grooming, daycare and boarding services, our experienced and dedicated team focuses on making your dog feel right at home and protected while you are away. In addition, we offer a wide range of training classes designed to give your dog the guidance and support needed to be his or her best. As the largest facility of its kind in Michigan, we sport a 10, 000 square foot agility floor that hosts a variety of local, regional and national competitions year round. This floor and several other areas of our facility are available for rental throughout the year, based on availability. Our large facility space also hosts a fly-ball league, which is a team relay sport for teams of four people and their dogs. The ‘ruff’ competition makes for a great spectator sport and a great time for all.
